Uninstalling Quickbooks.
Press Windows+S and go to the programs and features tab in the control panel.

Open the location of the folder by entering location in the run window.
Rename the given file.
Resolving the error manually.
Proceed to rename the Quickbooks company file and then open company file and Quickbooks.
