Quickbooks log:lvl_Error is encountered when the online account information is invalid


 Most common  Quickbooks log:lvl_Error  are:

Log: Orphan payee found in online cache.

Log:Verify Target:Invlaid open balance. 


Some of the ways to resolve  Quickbooks log:lvl_Error are:

Solution 1: Correcting the Customer ID.

  • Choose the chart of accounts in the company tab of the Quickbooks. 

  • Choose the Edit account tab and go to settings option. 

  • Correct the Customer ID and save these changes. 


Solution 2: By verifying the online banking information. 

  • In the list menu, select Chart of accounts. 

  • Right click on the Accounts tab. 

  • Select Edit. 

  • Select bank feed. 

  • Ensure that the setup customer ID matches the Customer ID. 

  • If not, correct the information and save.

Solution 3: Restoring backup. 

  • You should always have a backup of your company file.
